Video Education Manager

Job Summary

Owning product education end-to-end, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce engaging product education videos, deliver demos, and develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product education strategy and produce videos from scripting to editing as the primary on-camera face of Riverside
• Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features immediately upon release
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content quality and integrate user feedback into the product lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Proven on-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills
• Strong video editing skills, capable of producing polished content independently
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a deep understanding of content production
• Technical knowledge of video setup, including cameras, microphones, and lighting equipment
