Video Game Producer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Video Game Producer (m/f/d) who is experienced in live game operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Run and lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups
• Support the Product Owner by facilitating communication and organization across departments
• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient cross-departmental processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Producer in AA or AAA live game production
• Proven experience with Jira for task tracking and sprint planning
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Strong knowledge of the full live game operations cycle
• High level of English, both spoken and written
