Job Summary

A company is looking for a Video Game Customer Support Specialist to provide email support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle account and platform level tickets, providing troubleshooting and information on promotional opportunities
  • Respond to players in a high-volume environment while maintaining productivity and quality metrics
  • Tag Zendesk tickets accurately for reporting and assist in cross-training for various support queues
Required Qualifications
  • Customer support experience at a technology, e-commerce, or game company
  • Previous email or online customer support experience; call center experience is not applicable
  • Experience with online ticketing systems, specifically Zendesk
  • Strong writing skills that are customer-friendly and grammatically correct
  • Video gaming experience is strongly preferred
