Job Summary
A company is looking for a Video Game Customer Support Specialist to provide email support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle account and platform level tickets, providing troubleshooting and information on promotional opportunities
- Respond to players in a high-volume environment while maintaining productivity and quality metrics
- Tag Zendesk tickets accurately for reporting and assist in cross-training for various support queues
Required Qualifications
- Customer support experience at a technology, e-commerce, or game company
- Previous email or online customer support experience; call center experience is not applicable
- Experience with online ticketing systems, specifically Zendesk
- Strong writing skills that are customer-friendly and grammatically correct
- Video gaming experience is strongly preferred
