Video Graphic Design Principal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Graphic Design Principal (Video) to lead and manage creative solutions, oversee a team of graphic designers, and ensure work reflects strategic direction and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and execute business strategies through creative, video presentation, and digital design for internal and external materials
• Provide creative direction, cross-training, and mentorship to a small team of graphic designers
• Collaborate with creative team members, cross-functional partners, and marketing leadership to develop innovative creative solutions that further the brand across platforms and channels

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
• 8 years of work experience in Graphic Design
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Proven ability to concept, create, and edit animation and motion graphics in Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end strategic design with a focus on video and digital capabilities
