Video Marketing Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a contract AI Video Marketing Designer, this full-time remote position will focus on producing high-performance video ads for platforms like Meta and AppLovin, while constantly testing and integrating new generative video tools into a streamlined production system.

Key responsibilities:

• Produce performance-driven video ads at scale, meeting ROAS targets
• Test and implement new generative video tools to enhance production workflows
• Create functional wireframes and prototypes rapidly using design software

Required qualifications:

• Deep expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and After Effects
• Strong understanding of design principles with a focus on conversion optimization
• Extensive knowledge of current generative video models and prompt engineering
• Fluent understanding of LLMs, multimodal models, and embedding pipelines
• Ability to work US hours (EST, CST, or PST) in a fully remote setting
