A company is looking for a Video Post-Production Manager to lead its video post-production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full post-production pipeline, ensuring projects are on schedule and aligned with creative objectives
• Lead, manage, and mentor the post-production team while providing professional development support
• Act as the primary point of contact for post-production coordination with stakeholders, managing feedback and approvals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional video editing and post-production experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
• Required proficiency in DaVinci Resolve for color correction and finishing
• Proven experience working within an in-house or brand-side creative team
