A company is looking for a Video Post-Production Manager to lead the operational, creative, and people-management aspects of their video post-production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full post-production pipeline, ensuring projects remain on schedule and aligned with creative objectives
• Lead, manage, and mentor the post-production team, focusing on professional development and performance growth
• Act as the primary point of contact for post-production coordination with stakeholders, managing project goals and timelines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional video editing and post-production experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and required proficiency in DaVinci Resolve
• Proven experience working within an in-house or brand-side creative team
• Strong understanding of color science, audio mixing, and project management tools
