Video Post-Production Manager

Job Summary

Leading the operational and creative aspects of the video post-production team, the full-time Video Post-Production Manager will oversee the entire post-production workflow, manage resources and timelines, and provide mentorship while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full post-production pipeline, ensuring projects remain on schedule and aligned with creative objectives
• Lead, manage, and mentor the post-production team, focusing on professional development and performance growth
• Research and implement emerging post-production technologies and AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and quality

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional video editing and post-production experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve for color correction and finishing
• Experience managing projects and feedback through Frame.io or similar review platforms
