Job Summary

A company is looking for a Video Producer to join their Enterprise Marketing team on a freelance basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce webinars, livestreams, and virtual events end-to-end, ensuring a polished experience
• Manage the in-house production space, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and readiness
• Oversee the production process for supporting video projects, including product demos and customer stories

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional video production experience, particularly with webinars and virtual events
• Experience coordinating with external production agencies and vendors throughout the production lifecycle
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Understanding of the full production workflow from pre-production to post-production
• Proactive and resourceful, able to maintain order and progress in complex situations
