• 5+ years of professional video production experience with a strong portfolio for social platforms
• Expert-level shooting skills and comfortable operating as a one-person crew
• Proven ability to edit and direct editors with constructive feedback
• Experience building or improving production workflows for efficiency
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with mobile-first editing tools
