Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Director, Video Production, Philanthropy Communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a library of video and multimedia content for events and digital channels
  • Serve as producer, planning and executing multiple shoots while managing production schedules and stakeholder coordination
  • Lead all aspects of post-production including editing, sound design, and final delivery of video content


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in videography, photography, fine arts, or related field
  • Four or more years of relevant experience in shooting and producing, preferably in an in-house setting
  • Advanced editing experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or Final Cut Pro
  • Experience with motion graphics and animated storytelling
  • Strong organizational and production planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
