Video Production Lead
Job Summary
To oversee video production operations in a fast-paced environment, the full-time remote Video Production Lead will manage projects from concept to delivery, coordinating talent and logistics while ensuring compliance and efficiency across multiple campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Own video production projects end to end, managing scope, budget, and schedule from brief through final delivery
- Lead pre-production activities including casting, locations, crew, permits, and logistics to ensure readiness for shoot days
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout a project, representing creative priorities from kickoff to wrap
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in video production, with a proven track record of managing shoots from concept through delivery
- Experience negotiating and managing vendor/production contracts and talent usage agreements
- An existing network of production partners, agencies, and freelancers
- Working knowledge of the production and post-production process, including standard editing and motion tools
- Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance production processes
