Job Summary

Overseeing the executive production studio and managing various video projects, the full-time Video Production Manager will collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, strategically aligned video content while working remotely in the Charlotte, NC area with occasional regional travel.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage senior-level leadership through studio production processes with professionalism and strategic acumen
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated video strategies
  • Prepare and manage production schedules, locations, and quality assurance throughout the video production process
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in video production or creative services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven ability to manage complex video production projects from concept to completion
  • Exceptional skills in storytelling and visual communication
  • Experience managing production resources and budgets efficiently
