Key Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain the video content calendar while overseeing production workflows
• Write, edit, and optimize video scripts, providing feedback to editors and managing freelancers

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in video strategy, production, or performance-driven video roles
• Strong understanding of video syndication platforms and engagement metrics
• Hands-on experience with scriptwriting, editing feedback, and video optimization
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement actionable improvements
• Experience in personal finance content is strongly preferred
