Video Teller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PT Video Teller to assist members with financial transactions through video conferencing.

Key Responsibilities

• Process transactions via the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) through video transmission
• Provide information and referrals to members while maintaining knowledge of Credit Union products and services
• Achieve performance goals and ensure quality measurements are met

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Prior experience in a video/remote environment and/or sales experience within a financial institution is preferred
• A high school education or GED
• Ability to adapt to new technology and work with multiple systems simultaneously
• Solid working knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
