Video Teller (Louisiana Licensed)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PT Video Teller.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process transactions through video transmission via the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM)
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Credit Union products and services while ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Achieve performance goals and provide information and referrals to members seeking additional services

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Prior experience in a video/remote environment and/or sales experience within a financial institution is preferred
• A high school education or GED
• Ability to adapt to new technology and work in multiple systems simultaneously
• Solid working knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
