Required Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in Vietnamese
• 3+ years of experience in account management or customer success with Vietnamese customers
• Strong understanding of customer onboarding and support processes
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring adoption and engagement metrics
• Ability to influence and build trust across multiple teams and regions
