Job Summary
Joining the dynamic Viewer Experience team, the full-time Viewer Experience Advocate will provide exceptional support to viewers by addressing technical queries, recommending products, and enhancing the overall streaming experience in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Assist viewers via phone and chat with account management, billing queries, content questions, and navigation of the site and applications
- Make product recommendations during each viewer interaction to enhance customer satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Viewer Experience team
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with at least one year of customer service experience
- A dedicated home work environment free from distractions
- Reliable home internet service meeting the specified network requirements (50 mbps download / 25 mbps upload)
