Viewer Experience Advocate

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic Viewer Experience team, the full-time remote Viewer Experience Advocate will enhance brand image by addressing viewer needs, recommending products, and resolving technical queries to ensure a seamless streaming experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to viewers via phone and chat regarding account management, billing queries, and content questions
• Make product recommendations during each viewer interaction to enhance customer satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the Viewer Experience team

Required qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED
• At least one year of experience in customer service
• A dedicated home work environment free from distractions
• Reliable home internet service meeting network requirements (50 mbps download / 25 mbps upload)
