Job Summary

To provide exceptional viewer support, the full-time Viewer Experience Advocate will diagnose and resolve common PC and home network errors while working remotely and ensuring a high standard of communication in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to PC and home networks for viewers
  • Utilize various digital communication channels to deliver prompt and accurate information
  • Maintain productivity and availability for viewer support, including working holidays and weekends
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
  • Strong written communication skills with high standards of grammar and punctuation in English and Spanish
  • Familiarity with digital streaming services and devices
  • Robust time management skills to align with department productivity standards
  • Dependable access to transportation for potential work-related needs
