Key Responsibilities

• Handle villa leads and provide excellent customer service in accordance with sales guidelines
• Identify customer requirements to optimize sales and make recommendations based on product expertise
• Process reservations and administrative tasks related to customer villa rentals

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality, timeshare sales, or travel
• Strong knowledge of luxury vacation destinations such as France, Italy, and the Caribbean
• Motivated to sell and build strong customer relationships
• Proficient with Microsoft applications and internet usage
• Must have a designated home office space and a reliable high-speed internet connection
