Job Summary

A company is looking for a Violations Coordinator, Field Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan history and research code violations to ensure property compliance
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and third parties to address and resolve issues
• Document findings and maintain accurate records in proprietary databases

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous office and computer experience
• Basic knowledge of mortgage terms
• Previous experience with property management or construction is a plus
• Understanding of local laws and ordinances regarding property is ideal
