Job Summary

A company is looking for a Violence Risk & Legal Response Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish expert-informed thresholds for law enforcement referrals related to violent activities
• Advise on high-risk cases and ensure alignment with legal obligations and human rights standards
• Engage external experts to inform case evaluations and refine legal and assessment methodologies

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in behavioral threat assessment and targeted violence prevention
• Experience in building or leading threat assessment or violence prevention programs
• Ability to make high-stakes decisions involving potential threats of violence
• Experience working with law enforcement and multidisciplinary teams
• Track record of contributing to industry standards and translating expertise into scalable practices
