Job Summary

A company is looking for a VIP Account Manager to provide exceptional support to VIP players and enhance their experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of VIP players, building strong relationships
  • Provide support via phone, email, and text, resolving player concerns

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in VIP Account Management, Business Development, or a similar role
