Job Summary

A company is looking for a VIP Account Manager (with English and Tagalog).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct proactive outreach to potential and existing VIP clients through various communication methods
Promote company products and services to high-value clients and apply negotiation techniques to convert leads
Develop initiatives to increase client satisfaction, monitor client activity, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system

Required Qualifications

English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Native or bilingual proficiency in Tagalog
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in the financial industry, preferably in sales or account management
Result-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
