Job Summary

A company is looking for a VIP Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of VIP players, building strong relationships
• Provide support via phone, email, and text, resolving any player concerns
• Support and drive ongoing promotions and initiatives, enhancing the overall player experience and improving retention

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Experience in the online Social Casino or iGaming industry is highly preferred
• Minimum of 2 years in VIP Account Management, Business Development, or a similar role
• Proven ability to conduct outreach campaigns that drive engagement and growth
• Expert in player engagement, retention, and loyalty-building strategies
