Job Summary
Managing relationships with VIP clients, the full-time VIP Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for high-value accounts, providing personalized service and proactive communication while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with VIP/high-value clients
- Monitor client activity and performance metrics to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Coordinate with internal departments to handle escalations and complex client issues efficiently
Required qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish (mandatory)
- Upper-Intermediate to Advanced command of English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience as an Account Manager, VIP Manager, or in a similar role
- Experience in iGaming, fintech, or online services (preferred)
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret client data
