Job Summary

To provide premium services to high-value clients, the full-time remote VIP Account Manager will conduct proactive outreach, promote company products, and build long-term relationships while managing client interactions using CRM tools.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct proactive outreach to potential and existing VIP clients through various communication channels
  • Apply effective negotiation techniques to convert leads into long-term customers and increase client satisfaction
  • Monitor client activity to identify growth opportunities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Required qualifications
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in the financial industry, preferably in sales or account management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
