Job Summary

Owning a dedicated book of high-value players, the full-time VIP Account Manager will build personal relationships, coordinate exclusive perks, and resolve player issues while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build genuine, one-on-one relationships with assigned VIP players through daily communication
• Coordinate personalized gifting, exclusive perks, and memorable moments for players
• Manage and resolve player issues, ensuring a seamless experience and championing responsible gaming

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in VIP account management, player development, or a comparable high-value client role
• Fluency in gaming culture, including knowledge of sweepstakes, casino, and trading cards
• Ability to manage multiple active relationships while maintaining personalized communication
• High-agency and self-directed, with a proactive approach to managing player needs
• Data-aware, capable of interpreting dashboards and acting on insights
