Job Summary

Providing exceptional service to high-level executives, the full-time VIP Corporate Travel Consultant will manage domestic and complex international travel arrangements, including air, hotel, and ground transportation, in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service to C-Suite travelers, ensuring professionalism in all interactions
• Provide consultative support during the booking process, creating tailored travel itineraries
• Coordinate and manage air, hotel, car, and ground transportation bookings for business travel

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience as a VIP or Executive Travel Agent
• 5+ years of high-end customer service experience within the travel industry
• In-depth familiarity with Sabre GDS for fare calculations and itinerary management
• Proficiency in handling complex itinerary changes and ticketing procedures
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service
