VIP Corporate Travel Consultant

Job Summary

Providing high-level consultation and personalized service, the full-time VIP Corporate Travel Consultant will manage domestic and complex international travel bookings for C-Suite executives during evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM EST in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service to C-Suite travelers and their administrative staff
• Provide consultative support throughout the booking process, creating unique travel itineraries
• Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transportation bookings for domestic and international travel

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience as a VIP or Executive Travel Agent
• 5+ years of high-end customer service experience within the travel industry
• In-depth familiarity with current Sabre GDS for fare calculations and ticket issuance
• Proficiency in handling complex itinerary changes and exchanges for both international and domestic travel
• A polished and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues
