Job Summary

Providing premium support to VIP clients, the part-time VIP Customer Support Specialist will manage inquiries via chat, email, and phone, ensuring 24/7 coverage and maintaining high service standards while resolving complex issues.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver high-level support to VIP clients through various communication channels
  • Monitor customer accounts and proactively identify potential issues, ensuring smooth shift handovers
  • Meet KPIs related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction while adapting to rotating schedules
Required qualifications
  • Upper-Intermediate to advanced level of English (fluent written and spoken)
  • Fluent Spanish speaker
  • Experience handling live chat and email interactions is advantageous
  • Previous customer support experience is a plus, though not mandatory
