Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of matchmaking clients with regular check-ins and coaching sessions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles in the CRM
• Coordinate dates for clients, including making reservations and ensuring timely follow-ups

Qualifications

• At least five years of proven success in matchmaking
• Experience working with high-end clients and coaching, with certification preferred
• Strong client service background and ability to foster a positive team environment
• Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and softphone technology
• Ability to multitask and manage relationships in a fast-paced environment
