Job Summary

A company is looking for a VIP Member Success Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main liaison for VIP members, providing white-glove support throughout their experience
• Understand the context of each VIP relationship and adapt communication and service accordingly
• Manage service logistics and coordinate all aspects of VIP experiences, including events and communications

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing and operations-heavy role
• Experience working with high-profile individuals and managing multi-stakeholder communications
• Highly organized with excellent judgment and discretion
• Experience in logistics coordination and vendor relationship management
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed
