A company is looking for a VIP Member Success Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for VIP members, providing white-glove support
• Manage all aspects of service logistics and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Support in-person VIP moments and maintain detailed documentation of the member journey

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing and operations-heavy role
• Experience working with high-profile individuals and managing multi-stakeholder communications
• Strong organizational skills and experience in logistics coordination
• Comfortable in evolving environments with manual processes
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when needed
