Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end relationship for a dedicated book of high-value clients, acting as their primary point of contact
• Proactively anticipate client needs and provide personalized insights and market updates
• Monitor client engagement and retention, while representing the brand at exclusive VIP events

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in client-facing roles, particularly in Relationship Management, Sales, or Customer Success
• Experience in Crypto, Fintech, or the gaming/predictions industry
• Strong results-driven mindset with a focus on scaling a book of business
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of using hospitality and events for business development
