Job Summary

A company is looking for a VIP Travel Consultant responsible for managing travel arrangements for VIP clients.

Key Responsibilities

Handle client communications for new travel requests and itinerary changes
Book and issue travel reservations using a GDS system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Provide travel expertise and maintain knowledge of client accounts and travel regulations

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
At least 5 years of experience in booking corporate domestic and international travel
Experience working with VIP clients and providing high-touch service
Proficiency in using Sabre GDS; Amadeus experience is a plus
Understanding of federal travel regulations and ability to recommend travel options within corporate policy
