VIP Travel Consultant
Job Summary
Providing high-touch service excellence to key client travelers, the full-time VIP Travel Consultant in Media & Entertainment will manage incoming requests, offer travel consultation, and ensure compliance with travel regulations in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize BCD Travel tools and systems to complete travel requests accurately
- Search and confirm travel reservations while guiding clients on travel policies
- Maintain knowledge of the travel industry and fulfill requests regarding necessary regulations
Required qualifications
- Experience in VIP travel and the Media & Entertainment industry
- Working knowledge of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes
- Strong skills in GDS Sabre
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
