VIP Travel Consultant Team Lead
Job Summary
Leading the VIP Travel Consultant Team, the full-time salaried Team Lead will manage travel arrangements for VIP corporate clients, assist with agent training, and ensure compliance with service level agreements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the VIP Team and support agents with travel-related inquiries
- Book and issue domestic and complex international travel itineraries using a GDS system
- Identify process efficiencies and provide recommendations for improving team operations
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 5 years of experience in booking domestic and international travel, with a focus on VIP clients
- Proficiency in using Sabre GDS; experience with Amadeus is a plus
- Strong understanding of federal travel regulations and international travel requirements
- Experience in a senior consultant or mentor role is preferred
