Job Summary

To guide and grow civil practices in Virginia and North Carolina, the full-time Mid-Atlantic Growth Leader will manage municipal business, drive strategic growth, and lead a talented team while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and execute growth strategy by identifying target markets and scalable opportunities
• Build and manage client portfolios, leveraging firmwide resources to drive growth
• Direct multi-practice projects, ensuring seamless execution across regions

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in executing market strategy and driving profitable growth
• Established executive network across central and western Virginia and/or North Carolina
• Proven record of winning and retaining client relationships
• Registered as a Professional Engineer in Virginia or North Carolina
• Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary project portfolios
