Virginia AR & Salesforce Representative

Job Summary

To support effective revenue cycle management, the full-time Virginia AR & Salesforce Representative will manage accounts receivable processes, resolve claims issues, and oversee Salesforce case management while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, including analysis of aged AR and root cause issues to prevent errors
• Investigate and resolve denial sources, including contacting payer representatives for appeals
• Serve as an escalation point for complex claims and collaborate with practice consultants to optimize revenue cycle functionality

Required qualifications

• High School Graduate
• 5+ years of experience in a physician medical billing office or equivalent claims experience
• Understanding of revenue cycle performance drivers and ability to resolve complex claims
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
• Experience using Salesforce for case management preferred
