Job Summary

Virginia Care Coordination Manager, oversees a full-time team of Regional Care Coordinators, ensuring high-quality member service and operational efficiency while serving as a subject matter expert.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train staff while ensuring adherence to company policies and performance standards
• Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations and provide leadership with performance metrics and goals
• Continuously review processes for efficiency and member satisfaction, participating in projects to enhance operations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an Operations role
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership capacity
• Contact center and Dispatch experience required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
