Job Summary

Working remotely, the fully remote Virginia Certified Coding Specialist will ensure coding accuracy and compliance for radiology services, supporting revenue cycle performance and exceptional patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assign accurate CPT, ICD-10, and modifier coding for radiology procedures and services
• Analyze clinical documentation to support compliant coding and reimbursement practices
• Collaborate with coding colleagues and operational teams to address coding questions and improve accuracy

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of relevant coding experience required; radiology coding experience preferred
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification required
