Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant for Member Outreach, remote in Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls (40 calls/day); manage scheduling for member appointments
• Utilize EPIC, JIVA, and QNXT for updating member charts and scheduling telehealth as needed
• Coordinate refills for prescriptions and document necessary care in member charts

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• BLS certification is required within 90 days of hire
• CCMA, CMA, RMA, or EMT-B certification is required
• 1 year of clinical or administrative experience is required
• Customer service or front desk experience is acceptable
