Job Summary

A company is looking for a Computer Support Specialist to provide end-user support and manage technical operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary end user support interface for agency staff and manage hardware/software inventory
  • Act as the liaison with VITA for desktop software projects and vendor support for audio/video equipment
  • Coordinate telecommunications with VITA and assist with onboarding/offboarding staff and system access requests
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in technical support, particularly with Dell and HP hardware and Microsoft Operating Systems
  • Familiarity with remote support operations and incident/request management systems
  • Prior experience in risk management related to end-user computing
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work under pressure during critical service outages
  • Prior experience interfacing with VITA is preferred
