Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative II.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound calls and make outbound calls to schedule assessments
  • Create accurate call logs and schedule appointments for assessments
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • High School degree or GED
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience in mental health or community-based social service programs is a plus
  • Must be computer literate with skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must reside in Virginia to be considered for the role
