Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative II.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls and make outbound calls to schedule assessments
- Create accurate call logs and schedule appointments for assessments
- Assist with additional tasks as needed
Required Qualifications:
- High School degree or GED
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience in mental health or community-based social service programs is a plus
- Must be computer literate with skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must reside in Virginia to be considered for the role
