Job Summary

Supporting HSN from a remote environment, the full-time Virginia Customer Service Specialist will manage inbound customer calls, assist with inquiries, promote products, and maintain high call volumes while providing personalized experiences.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries and assist with order placements, refunds, and account analysis
  • Promote additional products during customer interactions to enhance sales opportunities
  • Report to a Customer Service Supervisor and maintain a distraction-free work environment
Required qualifications
  • At least 12 months of customer service experience
  • Ability to learn and work effectively in a virtual environment
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and screens
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
