Job Summary

Virginia Customer Support Specialist, this full-time remote position involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on orders while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer support tickets and manage high-volume phone calls related to existing orders
  • Document issues in Confluence and visit court dockets for information on case filings
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
  • Technology-driven with experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PDF Editor
  • Document manipulation experience
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and maintain high work quality under stress
  • Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
