Job Summary
To provide exceptional customer experiences, the remote Virginia Customer Support Specialist will address customer inquiries, resolve issues related to orders, and manage high-volume phone calls while collaborating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer support tickets and manage high-volume phone calls regarding existing and new orders
- Document issues in Confluence and visit court dockets for information on case filings
- Assist customers via email and address queries from internal departments and process servers
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PDF Editor preferred
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
- Experience in document manipulation and implementing new processes
