Job Summary

To provide exceptional customer experiences, the remote Virginia Customer Support Specialist will address customer inquiries, resolve issues related to orders, and manage high-volume phone calls while collaborating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer support tickets and manage high-volume phone calls regarding existing and new orders
  • Document issues in Confluence and visit court dockets for information on case filings
  • Assist customers via email and address queries from internal departments and process servers
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PDF Editor preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
  • Experience in document manipulation and implementing new processes
