Job Summary

Virginia Division Manager, oversees operations and team management in a full-time, exempt, salaried role with uncapped bonus potential, while supporting staff in achieving success and ensuring quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all operational aspects including client escalations, training needs, and HR concerns
  • Conduct interviews and collaborate with department heads to ensure effective team performance
  • Identify and assist Service Facilitators struggling with paperwork to improve their performance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Proficient knowledge of Consumer directed Medicaid waiver services and related paperwork
  • At least 1 year of management experience
  • Experience in training and quality checks of team members' work
  • Good working relationships with local referral sources
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and willingness to embrace change positively
