Job Summary
Virginia Division Manager, oversees operations and team management in a full-time, exempt, salaried role with uncapped bonus potential, while supporting staff in achieving success and ensuring quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all operational aspects including client escalations, training needs, and HR concerns
- Conduct interviews and collaborate with department heads to ensure effective team performance
- Identify and assist Service Facilitators struggling with paperwork to improve their performance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Proficient knowledge of Consumer directed Medicaid waiver services and related paperwork
- At least 1 year of management experience
- Experience in training and quality checks of team members' work
- Good working relationships with local referral sources
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and willingness to embrace change positively
